In the past few months, I've had the opportunity to work with different insurance campaigns as a Lead Qualifier. Let's talk about two outstanding campaigns. First, Final expense life insurance involves speaking with seniors, showing empathy, building rapport, and learning from their health experiences. On the other hand, the health insurance campaign required qualifiers to be assertive and speak in a monotone voice, it was a very straight-to-the-point call with each lead. I engage with over a hundred leads daily, gaining valuable insights. I will say that I particularly enjoyed working on the Final expense campaign because it allowed me to genuinely engage with leads and I learnt so much from the seniors. These companies have unique approaches, but my adaptability and previous cold-calling experience have been beneficial. Currently, I assist individuals looking to navigate cold calling and help small marketing agencies train their agents from scripting to dialer use. Little sales tip: Do your research. I appreciate this dude's honesty, but why would I want to allow a health insurance agent to leach off my 6 years of hard work in creating a thriving social media group when they can't do the "hard work" on the front end. After the following response, what makes me think they won't treat my group members like a number just like they treated me? I know it's rough out there, however, that should be your motivation to step up your game, not an excuse to phone it in with your sales efforts. Just my 2 cents as a marketer and former full-time salesperson. 😉
