Very real practical tips! Elisabeth Cardiello and thanks for the easy-to-read summary Simon Sinek's The Optimism Company. These tips seem simple, but they actually matter a lot 💙 as I plan to shift my career to a remote job .
Simon Sinek's The Optimism Company When presenting in Virtual meetings there is a real feeling of lonliness to be the only one with Camera On. Not being able to see any reactions or hear any response. Hope this can inspire a culture of Camera On at every remote company.
