Great tips! In the world of remote work, mastering Zoom is key. Elisabeth Cardiello’s advice—like using grid view, cutting out distractions, keeping cameras on, and focusing on eye contact—really can make a difference. Very real practical tips! Elisabeth Cardiello and thanks for the easy-to-read summary Simon Sinek's The Optimism Company. I would also add this: Plan to have mini short breaks in between for people to refill their water / coffee or just to stand up and stretch ourselves. So when they come back to continue with the digital meeting, they would feel refreshed and be more engaged.

Simon Sinek's The Optimism Company When presenting in Virtual meetings there is a real feeling of lonliness to be the only one with Camera On. Not being able to see any reactions or hear any response. Hope this can inspire a culture of Camera On at every remote company.
