Purpose led design. The design of the business model requires just as much attention and care as the design solution put forward. When we extend our design solutions to encompass purpose-with transparency on how that purpose is achieved-society as a whole benefits. Purpose begets purpose.

I get it defining a companies purpose can be imparative to internal and external messenging. However, how about going deeper to gain understanding of the purpose. If you understand a companies and the Person’s Values you can get there. We should be measuring and making all our decisions, goals and work choices based upon our values. A consistent connection to values (your personal and the companies) will deliver increased retention rate and employee happiness. #values #goalsettting #employeeretention #happiness
