Welcome to FreedomJobs, where our mission is clear: to provide South Africans with remote job opportunities offered by non-South African companies (UK, US, Europe and Asia) . Our platform is designed to empower South Africans who seek flexible work options and the freedom to work remotely from South Africa and get paid in dollars ($) and pounds (£). Why we are different from other remote jobs boards? We ONLY post jobs from non-South African companies specifically looking to hire South Africans to work remotely. We are the first job board in the world to offer this. - We are a curated job platform. This means all our jobs are hand-picked and checked by our team before being uploaded. - We are run by a small team of South Africans based in Cape Town and London, UK. We believe that your location shouldn’t limit your career prospects. That’s why we’ve focused on creating a platform that brings together job seekers and companies from the UK, US, Europe, and beyond. By bridging the geographical gap, we open up a world of possibilities for talented South Africans eager to explore exciting remote job opportunities.

👋 I had a very interesting talk about finding remote jobs from Iran, and I want to share the important points with you. 🌟 The main idea? "To get HR's attention, you need to be visible!" Here are some good ways to be more visible: 1️⃣ Work on open-source projects. Make new ones, collaborate with others, report issues - all of these are good. 2️⃣ Share useful information in English about your skills, experiences, and knowledge. Remember, it's better to post something than to wait for it to be perfect! 3️⃣ Make good connections on LinkedIn. It's not just about having many connections, but about having good interactions. Interesting fact: LinkedIn shows you more to people connected to your connections. So choose your connections carefully! Also, here's something important: For HR professionals, soft skills and teamwork are often more important than technical skills. So work on your soft skills too! 💪 I want to say special thanks to my friend Majid Bagheri for sharing this great advice. You are very helpful, my friend! 🙌 What is your experience with finding remote jobs? Please tell us in the comments - we can learn from each other! #RemoteWork #CareerAdvice #ProfessionalGrowth #NetworkingTips #RemoteJob

📌 How to start working from anywhere? Options: 1. Register your CV on a local HR website in your country, but write it in English and mark it Only-Remote. For example, saramin in Korea, hh.ru in CIS countries. International projects with managers who are from your country will use these platforms for hiring. In particular, these projects are your highest chances of getting hired. 2. Use job boards and fully remote company lists to build a list of projects that interest you and send them a quality email with your intention and CV, or contact their teams on Linkedin and send your CV. 100 fully remote company list: https://lnkd.in/gtXKawvA Job board listings: https://lnkd.in/gp5dYZz5 3. Tell people you know who work abroad that you are open to new opportunities. Be active on social media and in your network. Do you want more tips like these? How I landed my first remote job in a US-based company! [It took me 6 months, you can do it in 2] I remember feeling stuck after having my CV and LinkedIn revamped by an expert and still getting no reactions! It was frustrating, to say the least. But I refused to let that disappointment define my job search journey. So, I took matters into my own hands and did extensive research. I came across an article that said, "The key to getting a remote job is networking." That hit home. I started attending online webinars, connecting with professionals on LinkedIn, and engaging in relevant groups. Nothing changed overnight, but I kept pushing. Then, I decided to build a personal portfolio. I highlighted my writing skills with samples that showcased my ability to engage and inform. Two months later, I landed a job! A US company offered me $2,000 a month to write from Kenya, which completely changed my life! Now, I get to visit the most beautiful places while still keeping up with work! If you want to achieve the same here's what you need to know: 1. Self-initiative is key: Don’t rely solely on experts. Take charge of your career path. 2. Show, don’t tell: Build a portfolio that displays your skills effectively. 3. Network smartly: Use every online opportunity to connect with industry leaders. 4. Persistence pays off: Stay determined, even when progress seems slow. Struggling with your job search? Contact me at brianmwithi@gmail.com or +254740297050. Let’s craft a winning strategy together! #remote #workfromhome #worklifebalance #hiring #workfromanywhere
