"Bridging science and strategy: Unveiling the bioreactor simulation story." 👩🔬 Since I’m the one behind most of SimVantage’s content, it would feel a bit odd to write about myself in the third person. So, let me take this opportunity to introduce myself directly! 😊 I joined SimVantage in November 2022, during an exciting phase of my life - I was spending six months in #Finland with my toddler and partner. The offer to join the team came right in the middle of this adventure. The fact that the team was open to my situation, including a young #family and an international move, showed me how flexible and forward-thinking SimVantage is. Once I got a handle on what SimVantage actually does, I was quickly hooked - not only by the innovative spirit of the team but also by the mission and the unique software product they’re developing. In my role at SimVantage, I focus on ensuring that our expertise is communicated clearly and effectively to the outside world. This means crafting content that not only conveys complex technical concepts in a way that’s easy to understand but also strategically targets the right audiences through the most effective channels. Beyond content creation, I also work on optimizing the #customerexperience at every touchpoint, ensuring that our clients have a seamless and informative journey with us. Additionally, I support the team in strategic matters and business-related concerns, always with the aim that, one day, we'll not just meet expectations but consistently exceed them - setting a new standard for what our customers and stakeholders can anticipate. With two young children (8 months 👶 and 3 years old 👧) who require much of my energy and attention, my work at SimVantage moves forward at a slightly slower pace. However, each day brings more progress, and I'm fully dedicated to steadily advancing our mission. What I love most about my work: I thrive in environments that embrace change and innovation. Working at SimVantage offers me a continuous learning experience in the fascinating world of #biotech. The challenge of simplifying complex information and making it digestible for a broader audience is something I find incredibly rewarding. Outside of work, I’m a nature enthusiast and avid hiker. 🌲 Whether it’s hiking up a mountain, building a dam in a river, or simply walking barefoot through the world - I love being close to nature. It’s where I find peace and recharge my energies. I also deeply value the experience of meeting new people and immersing myself in different cultures, as it continually broadens my perspective and enriches my understanding of the world. 🌎 How do I keep a clear head amidst sleepless nights with a baby and a toddler? For the past few months, I’ve been practicing the Wim Hof Method - a cold shower each morning sets the tone for the day ahead! 😄 I’m now up to a solid minute of ice-cold water, and it’s doing wonders for my focus and energy levels.

#BuildingInPublic This is the end of week 2 of 8 participating in the Co.Lab 🚀 joincolab.io program and one major highlight is working in a team with different time zones. However, we could still meet up and get the solution ideas rolling. After spending the last week collaborating and trying to find a problem, we identified a particular issue and had to come up with possible solutions for it. But before completing this, we had to interact with potential users by sending out a survey form and interviews. Everyone involved has a clear understanding of their responsibilities and has contributed their ideas to further develop the solution. We have successfully reached a consensus on the key features, the technology to be utilized and the implementation plan. Additionally, I finalized the technical one-pager which comprises the product overview, tools, features, schemas, and database, among others. In the coming week, the first iteration of the design will be out, and the development team (which I am included in) will begin building. It has been a pleasure working with this team. However, my major challenge has been time, but I am confident that we can overcome it. #COLAB27 #joincolab #youbelongintech

This week marks three years at Keetrax. - They have been the most exciting, rewarding, and challenging of my career and have enabled me to grow exponentially both personally and professionally. I wanted to share the three biggest lessons I've had over these three years: Trust Your Gut: When something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t. Trusting my instincts has been crucial in developing successful marketing strategies, pivoting campaigns, and making critical decisions both within my team and with clients. Listening to my intuition has been a game-changer. People Are Everything: A happy, valued, and listened-to team does the best work.
