DRY PROMOTIONS ?? Its like saying I LOVE U ...BUT I LOVE YOU AS A FRIEND ! A dry promotion refers to a situation where an employee is given additional responsibilities or a higher job title without a corresponding increase in salary or financial compensation. Essentially, the person is promoted in terms of rank or duties but doesn't receive the typical pay raise associated with such a promotion.

This week we’re winding down at Knit For Lewis and I it will be a chance to spend our Christmas’ with our families and a time to switch off from running a business. We’ll both be navigating this as new parents so I’m gearing up for the madness.
