The risks of relying on your TALENT 🫨 In the ever-growing world of creatives, I've realised one thing… That it's not about how much talent you have, but how much value you can add beyond your talent! I recently came across a podcast snippet on TikTok the other day. And the CEO of the Grammys was invited as a guest. The million $ question was…."Why was Trevor Noah hired as the Grammy host for the 4th time?" And in the CEO's answer, not once did he mention how much of a good host Trevor is or his level of intellect. Instead, he went on to mention all the qualities that made Trevor a likable person and how these qualities add value to the entertainment standard of the Grammys. So I think the shift with creatives in 2024 is that we need to rely more on how we make people feel within our communities.
