Just completed a 3.11-mile afternoon hike at Padley Gorge in Sheffield, and I can't help but reflect on the incredible benefits of hiking. 🌲🏞️ Hiking isn't just a great way to stay fit; it's a holistic activity that nourishes both body and mind. Here are some key benefits I've experienced: Physical Fitness: Hiking engages various muscle groups, improves cardiovascular health, and boosts overall fitness.
