When you replace the drug in your Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) with a radionuclide or fluorescent dye, it is possible to visualize whole-body biodistribution. Our method allows you to show targeting and the mechanism of action of your ADC in (pre) clinical trials. Moreover, you can show off-target accumulation that will allow you to predict side effects, without the risk of potential toxic effects of your ADC. This was a really great webinar and I'd thoroughly recommend it particularly to anyone starting out on ADC. There can be a lot to consider with bioconjugation even of simple molecules such as biotin for in vitro use - e.g. where is it going to bind and how many biotin will bind as these can have their own effects on the product, but the pharmacokinetics of ADC's requires so much more consideration! If you're into labelling site, hydrophobicity and DAR (Drug antibody ratio) as well as having tools to change therapeutic clearance, or protect payload cleavage sites (and more!) do have a watch. If you're interested in biosimilar antibodies such as those from Absolute Antibody or Bio X Cell for payload delivery, then the BioDesign tools and team at Vector Laboratories, Inc. could be a great web page to bookmark! https://lnkd.in/eUA__dHp. #2BScientific #Hereforyou #AntibodyDrugConjugates
