Yesterday, our Health and Safety Day took place. This day also marked the launch of a new safety campaign, with the theme 'Believe in Zero'. Just as there is no future for our company without customers, there is no future for our company without safety. During our H&S Day we saw very strong and original initiatives that were followed with great enthusiasm: from “boost your health” or road safety workshops, first aid for home, garden and kitchen accidents, a “mystery” container to demonstrations by the fire and medical services. We certainly felt the “Believe in zero” conviction. Believe in Zero? Yes, we can! #Health #Safety #Toppriority #BelieveInZero

The form only takes our colleagues a few minutes to complete, which helps Nviro and our safety team keep everyone safe on site. The working group ‘respiratory protection’ of the European Safety Federation (ESF) prepared a paper ‘poor performance of ear loop masks’ summarizing different elements of concern related to this type of FFP masks. We know that the CEN working group responsible for the standard for FFP masks is working on a revision, including more solid testing concerning the fit of the masks, and of course several ESF members are actively participating in this work. At the same time, the concerns show the importance of face fit testing for each individual wearer of masks, irrespective of the sector of activity.
