The STATS are in 📊🕵️♂️
It’s crazy to believe it has already been nearly 2 weeks since we wrapped our 7th annual series of YLAA events.
We had TEN THOUSAND young people and 670 SCHOOLS pass through the 2024 event series and we are incredibly proud of the results.
⚡️ 91.41% of student felt more adequately prepared for the future after attending.
⚡️90.93% of students felt more confident to lead their schools after attending.
And whilst students are our priority we are also incredibly invested in ensuring we are delivering a program that meets the expectations and objectives of the schools attendance.
So what did the educators in the room have to say?
📈 96.18% of educators feel more confident in their students ability to lead their school after attending.
📈 98.09% of educators feel that the content presented at the event from the speakers was valuable to their students.
Both of these stats have seen a 6-8% growth in the last 12 months as we worked incredibly hard to understand how we can support each stakeholder of the event in their own way.
This year multiple events sold out (some even in term 4 2023!) - as planning for 2025 is well underway AND we have officially open PRE REGISTRATION FOR 2025 ➡️ https://lnkd.in/gBznME4X

Having listened to your feedback on what you wanted to see more or less of for Annual Conference 2024, we have built in increased scope for Heads running schools of similar types to explore issues specific to their contexts, as well as to spend time with each other. We have also altered the mix of sessions so that there will be slightly fewer auditorium keynotes and more opportunity to attend a wider choice of seminars/round tables.
We are also acutely aware of the challenges schools face in justifying discretionary spend, more so this year than ever. We’ve worked very hard to push down the cost of conference whilst still delivering the high-quality event that Heads value. Having taken on board your feedback, it is clear that members prefer a price that is inclusive of as many costs as possible. The price for 2024 covers admission, all meals, accommodation and parking, a real-terms reduction in cost of around 20%. As with all things, your perception of ‘value for money’ will be the interaction between the price you pay and the quality of the experience you have, so we need to keep the balance right in terms of excellent speakers, venues and meals.
Bookings close on 13 August. Don't miss out on securing your place - book now! https://lnkd.in/eVFmwSfe
