It’s been a while since I last posted regularly. Naughty me! 😉 Anyway, I’ve been thinking about how I can add some kind of value to what’s posted on LinkedIn. My solution is to pick a series of different topics (as non-technical as possible) and then over a series of posts to provide all the information that someone may need to make decisions on technology that will help them and their business. The format will be an initial summary post on the topic which is then followed by one post a day that gives the detail on each of the point in the topic. Whenever I can I’ll try to avoid jargon! I’m starting off with what you may expect, what’s the point of outsourcing IT support. Starting tomorrow I’ll post a summary and then daily on the detail behind each of the points associated with IT support. I hope you find the posts informative and helpful. 😀 If you would like any particular topics please let me know and I'll see if I can add value by writing about it.
