Keep asking why! Most of the times, we fail at decision-making, because, we haven't asked enough "why"s! State the problem statement. Ask "Why". When you get this answer, again ask "Why" on it! Then ask a "Why" on the next answer you get. Keep doing that, until you arrive at a problem, which is extremely basic and can be solved super easily! That's usually the case. The super complex problem usually has a very basic reason, that you can't find, unless you keep asking the "why"s. So, start asking "why"....

I started writing because we can do better: a rational and productive culture adds to the bottom line; when teams are focused, aligned, and engaged, they produce massive and lasting value for the company and its customers. I encourage more entrepreneurial thinking - capturing opportunities, considering both costs *and* benefits, going beyond 'keeping lights on'. And yeah, that means some experiments not working out. The key is using these data points and iterating. Having an infrastructure that allows you to iterate quickly and safely. Pipe dream? In each project I either experienced first-hand, introduced, or enhanced, that very approach. Long story short: it works.
