How do you train? When conducting training what are your goals? Working as a team leader for one of the world’s premier civilian tactical teams, I pride myself on providing quality training. Before I start, these are the questions I ask myself. * What problem am I solving? * What vulnerabilities am I exposing? * Will this training facilitate dialogue? * Is the training relevant to the mission? When conducting your training have a plan and set goals.
