🙌 The second round of charities and not-for-profit groups received funding from the Sizewell C Community Fund today! At Sizewell C, we’re committed to delivering zero-carbon power, energy security, and economic growth for Britain while supporting our local communities. This round sees over £1.1M granted to eleven organisations, bringing our total awarded so far to £1.4M as part of the £23M Sizewell C Community Fund. These grants support communities most impacted by construction. One recipient is Home-Start in Suffolk, which provides free, practical, and emotional support to parents and carers through a network of over 280 trained volunteers in Suffolk. This funding is important to keep their vital work free to all, as Stacy says: "We don't want any barriers about someone being able to walk through that door." 🎥 👩🍼Home Start Suffolk will receive £201,881 over two years, giving them the stability to continue making a lasting difference.
