Fidelity Investments recently released its 23rd annual Retiree Health Care study, revealing a 5% increase in estimated health care costs for retirement compared to 2023. The average retiree is expected to spend $165,000 on health care in retirement, significantly higher than the $75,000 most Americans anticipate.
