I love competition Why? Because it forces you to focus. You have to be everything to everybody if you are the only participant in the market. Or worse….. You shove all your multi shaped customer pegs into square holes regardless of what gets left behind. There is no better force to make you stay up to date and in tune with the market However….i hate competing. There is little benefit in a race to the bottom on price or adding new features to keep up with the industry Who is my client and what new struggles is the market presenting them today and will present them tomorrow? That’s all I’m focused on for 2024. What has been your focus this year?
