Interview Questions for Commissar Enginseer/Construction Support Engineer This job is for a mechanic/machine operator who has enough experience taking apart and reassembling machines with gasoline, diesel, and electronic motors to be one with the Machine Spirit and know how to keep it happy. You will be working on construction tasks with the crew, and when needed, will be the first to work on repairing used tools and making sure the vehicles are always in proper working order. We have large/medium/light trucks, off-road vehicles, generators, and gasoline-powered tools, like chainsaws, plate compactors, pressure washers Commissar Enginseer: We are looking for potential applicants to be a Commissar Enginseer in-training. This is a hands-on, on-site job. All potential applicants will start at entry level Construction Technician. After completing 3 projects with Molot Industries, your problem-solving and diagnostic ability, as well as your team leadership skills will be judged by a panel of Officers. If you are deemed worthy, you will be promoted to Commissar Enginseer, a senior ranking Enginseer working on Molot Industries' finest custom builds with your own crew capable of tackling the ever-growing project requirements with heavy equipment. You will be in charge of running forklift, crane, helicopter operations, as well as upgrading used vehicles to be top-notch all-terrain vehicles. We primarily focus on USDA Forest Service work Recent projects that we bid on include metal erection, trail obliteration, hydroseeding, helicopter operations. The equipment doesn't drive or fix themselves, and requires operators and mechanics.
