Just returned from an amazing LMN event with our valued customers! It's moments like these that make me even more grateful for the work that I do. Spending time with people who make my soul smile is truly special. During the event, we tackled some tough topics, including the importance of a personal mission for everyone in a company. It's crucial for individuals to have their own purpose clear before "aligning" with the company mission statement. As I've grown as a leader and as a person, I've come to realize that a company mission should serve both the customers and the people who form the company. Employees need to see how the company mission serves them too. When employees choose great companies with a mission that aligns with their values, they are more likely to reach their personal goals. Therefore, individuals must have a mission and goals in place personally to make a good decision about where to work, why, and if we expect them to be highly motivated to achieve the company mission, we need them to understand that success in business is used to provide the fuel needed for them to achieve their personal goals. Expecting an entire team to align with a company mission before having clarity themselves may not be healthy for the company or the individual. Let's focus on serving our customers and employees by understanding their personal missions and goals. #missionstatement #peoplefirst #mastermind

Here's how I led my Ari10 team through challenging times ❌ We faced significant challenges during our journey, one such instance was in 2019. ❌ We were unable to operate due to the lack of bank accounts, which required a regroup and team change. ❌ The second and third challenges were during the bear market. During these moments, it's crucial to motivate your team ⤵ ✅ Let them know that it's okay, even if things aren't going well. ✅ It's important to provide reassurance that you have a solution for these difficult times. ✅ It's not about hiding the hard times, but rather informing your team that things are tough and you have a plan in place to overcome the obstacles. Having a solid plan is critical ⤵ → If you want your team to support you during difficult times and not consider leaving the company, you must show them that you have a plan. → It's vital to let them know that you know what you're doing. → They need to believe that you have a broader vision beyond the current challenges. -- That's my perspective on how to handle challenging times with your team.
