Have you ever wondered how a company scales its workforce from 70 to 1850 employees? I did just that, and I'm excited to share my journey with you. In 2016, When I stepped into my role as Head of HR at a first-generation IT & ITeS Commercial RealEstateDeveloper in #Hyderabad, I knew we were on the verge of explosive growth. The challenge? Ensuring we had the right talent in place to meet our ambitious project pipeline. My first step was to dive deep into understanding our organizational depth and competency. 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴? 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘸𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸? These questions guided my strategy.
