I love business meetings that are held in informal spaces. The reason behind this is that it allows the people attending that meeting to come as their full selves and not only their business self. Being able to arrive as yourself takes a lot of pressure off of your shoulders because you know you will be accepted as is, and now all you need to do is make sure that what comes out of your mouth makes sense. I understand that when you enter certain spaces you have to look and dress a certain way in order to be taken seriously. Unfortunately for some of us, there's more to that than just picking a certain outfit. I am a free spirit to the core, down to how I dress. Thus when I'm in certain settings, I sometimes need to switch my free spirited brain off and turn the formal, rigid, business brain on. Shout out to those people who agree to have business meetings in informal spaces. So that all one needs to worry about is if they are making sense business wise, and not focus on if the suit, tie or dress will make them take me seriously.

He felt their organization needed a formal welcome committee for new members. As we dug deeper, it became evident… they already had an unofficial group of members doing an outstanding job of welcoming and representing the organization. It was a pleasant surprise for them to realize that they were already excelling in this area, even if they hadn't officially recognized it. This got me thinking. How often do you overlook or take for granted the good things happening within your own business? There are things you will continue doing AND there may be some minor tweaks here and there? 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗚𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: ✅ 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲: Recognize and celebrate the positives to significantly enhance team morale and motivation. ✅ 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀: Understand what works well to allow you to duplicate successful strategies in other areas of your business. ✅ 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Continuously do what you excel at to ensure a consistent and positive experience for your customers. ✅ 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Build on your strengths to lead to innovative ideas and improvements.
