Children’s Day celebration was An appreciation day to invite all P6s To return to the centre for yummy bites With a gathering of friends and helping Out with video testimonials for our social media campaign. We are expanding with open arms. Some students had fun and even offered to dance, while others were shy in front of camera. Teaching young digital natives requires more than academic expertise. Am weaving digital content creation with Creative writing for our Superstar writers this holiday bootcamp. When I brief my tutors.. I asked them what it takes to cultivate young writers to be at the top 10% and allow them to take the skill beyond academic learning development. I challenge them to have a thought.. Switch the sequence a little. Add a hook. Start with one of the more exciting parts. Our learning behaviour has changed So our teaching behaviour and styles must evolve with the learners. ••• The current workforce is undergoing much transformation. #Creating #engaging and #relatable #content is a powerful way to #connect with students and spark meaningful #conversations. Recently, I used #PowerPoint to #create a #GIF celebrating #One_Direction, which also served as a springboard to #discuss important topics like #mental_health, #character_analysis, and making wise #choices in #relationships. The #activity was inspired by the tragic and untimely loss of #Liam_Payne, which made the discussion even more impactful. #Students were deeply moved and #fully_engaged—sharing their #creations, contributing #ideas, and igniting the #classroom with vibrant #stories, #memories #debates, and #insights. This experience reminded me how much students value #materials they can #relate to emotionally and culturally. My son starts school in mid-August, and back-to-school messages are everywhere I go. It's the traditional time when we get back to learning and investing in ourselves. ✦ Dec./Jan. is when we reflect and set new goals. ✦ But Aug./Sept. is when we enroll in ourselves. This time last year, I committed to investing in me. → I created a list of my skills (strong and otherwise). → Identified which would propel me forward. → Then I started working with Jacob. My goal:  to become a better writer. I wasn’t after the quick fix or the short-term victories (although they are nice). Because I wanted something deeper, and I knew that writing would be a skill that would help me succeed no matter what I pursued. 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼? Of all the skills and know-how I have, creativity is the one that I marry to everything. No matter if I’m writing, working with a client, or planning a new program. Creativity is the component that fuels all the others:  ✦ Helping a client get unstuck → creative principles  ✦ Starting a YouTube channel → creative expression  ✦ Aligning mind + body + spirit → creative energy  ✦ Expanding limited beliefs → creative experiences  ✦ Feeling confident & self-trust → creative flow While the kids are dreading back-to-school, you have the opportunity for BACK-TO-YOU.
