Creating a structured corporate training program might seem daunting, but it’s a worthwhile endeavor that can save both time and money. Instead of constantly hiring to fill skills gaps, why not develop those skills in-house? Engaging training helps solidify a company's culture and sets the stage for continuous improvement and innovation. Don't know where to start? How about a chat with one of our consultants? (We text too!) https://hubs.li/Q02QbV5V0

Had a great day yesterday delivering time management productivity training to a great group down in Bristol. Two reflections. 1) Hopefully they can all get back to their desks today and "eat their frogs". Whether they are things they have been putting off because they are boring, difficult or just things they don't enjoy. This is genuinely a great way to remove that niggling pressure of having something hanging over you, and sets you up for the day ahead. 2) Whilst a bit ironic, I wish we had more than one-day together as within one day we only scratch the surface, and really want to get into service operations improvements as these can really save time. There are so many parallels between running operations and managing your time, and by giving some basic additional tools I firmly believe can really make a significant difference, beyond just equipping people with some practical tools for managing time better. So my challenge to myself is to both eat my own frogs each day, but also revisit our approach to time management and productivity, and see how we can revolutionise it.
