Emotional health is the most neglected part of our lives. We are always well aware about our physical health. There are number of tests available to check how our body is performing physically. If we feel pain in our body, we know that there is something wrong. We get it treated. How often do we check our emotional health? Unfortunately, there is no physical symptom, like pain, in our body if we are emotionally / psychologically not well. The very part of our body responsible for feelings is not-well and we cannot feel it. Depression and Anxiety are fast increasing in the professionals and unfortunately we do not even realise. You struggle to keep your moods good, feel anxious during / before or after a task, feel drained, get irritated soon, not able to perform your best?
