Employee development doesn’t need to take a back seat if your Practice is facing a staff shortage. It just means you need to be smarter about how you do it. Obviously if you are facing a staff shortage, the time your employees have is even more valuable. You don’t have the luxury of in-person workshops or long training modules. Staff development doesn’t need to take a huge time commitment to be impactful. Concise, actionable, and relevant solutions can remove bottlenecks from your Practice’s service, without taking your employees out the flow of work. And, the best bit: it’s reusable. Workshops are limited to the people you can spare to send on that day.
