It is always important to protect your skin with SPF, but even more so when we see that sun in the sky! ☀️ (We’ve all been waiting for it!) As you change your skincare routine for the change in weather, you could choose a moisturiser with an SPF built in, or you can add a final layer of skincare in the form of a separate SPF. SPF 30 should be a minimum protection if you’re going outside on a summer’s day, even if the sun’s not out. Solar 20 is an excellent day cream with built-in protection, and ideal for the cooler months or indoors use, but if you're heading out and about, SkinGoal’s Solar 50 is a perfect pick. It’s a beautiful light cream that won’t leave your skin feeling heavy as many SPFs can, and has broad spectrum coverage to protect against those pesky UVA (ageing) rays and UVB (burning) rays.
