This is especially true when we are expected to be invisible, even while making a visible impact. That's how our safe-mobility initiative, run by the Aaryas, unfolds.
The beacon of our Safe Mobility initiative, our Aarya, Pragya Devi, an E-Rickshaw entrepreneur, empowers other women through training sessions in Mirzapur. She proudly says, "आज मैं महिलाओं के लिए उदाहरण हूँ, और इस माध्यम से मैं चाहती हूँ के वो देखें की मैं कमज़ोर नहीं हूँ, मैं अपने परिवार को बखूबी चला सकती हूँ" ("I am an example for women in my district, and through this initiative, I want to convey that I am not powerless; I can take care of my family").
This initiative is transforming the ecosystem of safe mobility for women. The AARYAS have moved from a mindset of "we can't" to a powerful affirmation of "we can." They stand as symbols of Aatmanirbharta (self-reliance), Aatmavishwas (self-confidence), and Aajeevika (livelihood)—embodying valor and determination.
