I totally agree with Bobby. Form follows function and the flight environment forces function. Rapid food delivery (GrubHub, DoorDash, etc.) will be a $200Bn market by '29 (Statistica adjusted for actual delivery charges not GMV) but in '23 DoorDash reported over $8.6 Bn in revenue with a $558Mn loss (improvement over $1.37Bn in '23), in part because they have to pay every driver, every delivery, every day, forever. Manna is doing the best job of removing every possible cost element and turning profit, but the next problem is that over 80% of the population lives in urban areas, and the flight environment is much, much different, requiring different functional analysis, algorithms, and designs to realize the potential of that market. Drones will win by automating every part of the process possible. It takes infrastructure to do that, but you only pay for infrastructure once. Keep pushing Bobby!
