The importance of controlling the recruitment process. I've been having a few conversations where candidates have had their CVs sent to practices without their permission and it's always horrible to hear how stressed they are when they realise. Whilst, it is out of the control of your control in this situation, I think it highlights how important it is to sound out who you are working with and find someone who you click with and have a good rapport, and be really selective in where you are being sent. By only working with people you know you can trust it should ensure a smooth process. #recruitmentprocess #legalrecruitment
