Incredible idea! ♥ GAP's latest campaign has truly stolen the hearts of many, including mine. Building a campaign on the unique characteristic features of Jungle and Tyla, who have recently made significant waves across various audiences, is nothing short of a marketing masterpiece. This approach, coupled with a fresh take on GAP's iconic dance commercials, has created a campaign that resonates deeply with all the different audiences, especially with Gen-Z, whom everyone tries to reach through various methods. This is a prime example of a lesson we always share with brands looking to make a mark in the music industry: "Don't just insert an artist into your campaign; tailor the campaign to the artist". Seeing this concept executed so flawlessly without any forceful elements, just by rightly blending and reimagining what already exists and integrating it into GAP's values, fills me with joy. ✨ When done right, music marketing can be a powerful tool. "Craig is another newer member of the team and has fit right in as if he has been here with us from the start, he is so easy to get along with, laid back and nothing is too much trouble for him, always willing to get involved. He has shown so much involvement with the team already and we look forward to where the future will take him within F&D!" What lovely words about Craig! Now for his answers: 1. How long have you worked for F&D? I started with F&D at the beginning of July 2. Do you prefer Tea or Coffee? Decaff Coffee 3. Would you rather travel in the past or into the future? In the past so I can see my old man again. 4. Where is your favourite holiday destination and Why? Orlando, I have been multiple times when I was younger, now me and my wife are sharing the experience with our two amazing girls. 5. What is your favourite sport and who is your favourite team? I have 3 favourite sports really NFL - Los Angeles Chargers Baseball - Tampa Bay Rays Football - Southampton 6. Do you prefer Instagram, TikTok or Facebook? Don't really like any of them but I suppose TikTok just for comedy value. 7. What is your favourite thing to do of a weekend? My favourite thing to do is spend time with my wife and children going on days or weekends out. 8. What do you love most about your job? So in the little time I have been here, all of the people are very friendly and the work is varied on a daily basis. 9. If you can only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? Pizza 10. Tell us something we don't know about yourself? I have played in a few major darts tournaments.

Before the biggest game in Savannah Bananas history at Nationals Park, I spoke to our group of 200+ people about the importance of doing more than just their job and how that is always been the Fans First way. I shared how the reason we are where we are today is because of that little extra and how are job is always bigger than just our job. I've been so inspired by watching everyone on our team from interns to my wife Emily Cole with how our people have always found a way to go out of their way for our fans and their teammates. With this now being our third MLB stadium and the expectations continuing to rise, I wanted our team know that giving that little extra was more important now than ever. Later that night after one of our most magical shows and experiences, our entire team and front office met and shared so many stories, shout outs and fans first moments that they created. I'm proud to say that their "little extra" shined bright at the Nation's Capital and for the 42,000 fans that went Bananas with us at Nationals Park.

There’s nothing quite like a party on four wheels (or however many wheels buses have).
