Celebrating TWO YEARS of Omnia Training! Time's flown since we launched #OmniaTraining alongside partners Capita, Cervus, Rheinmetall and Skyral . And what a time it’s been! That’s two years of collaborating and innovating to support British Army training. Here are some of our favourite moments as we reflect back on what we’ve achieved together so far… 🤝 We kicked off with a launch event at the British Army museum, bringing together our partners and signing a commitment to the Omnia Charter - the principles we work towards 🗣️ Our Community of Interest event saw us engage with dozens of suppliers 🔊 Collaborating with Dr Peter Roberts on the ‘How to Train a Military’ podcast, opened up conversation on the challenges and solutions for current and future Army training 🏆 Cervus received the Armed Forces Covenant Silver Award! And achieved a two year contract with the Netherlands MoD to investigate military training data analysis and exploitation 🎂 Skyral celebrated their first year of operation as an independent entity, continuing their mission to deliver the most cutting-edge modelling and simulation capabilities to Defence 🎓 We were awarded best stand at DSET as we showcased STEM and early careers routes into the industry Looking forward to more collaboration to come, and achieving further milestones together.

That’s quite an investment! Engagement through gamification can be very effective. However, gamification in and of itself is not enough. It needs careful consideration and design to achieve the right outcome for the right audience. Uklon and Projector Institute (Projector Foundation) Launch Free Training for AFU Members 🇺🇦 We must always remember: the only reason we can work, create, and live is because of our military. It’s our duty to ensure they confidently perform their tasks and see opportunities for life after returning to civilian society. Reintegration can be challenging, and it’s the responsibility of all civilians to support them through it. Together with Projector Foundation, we’re launching training programs in creative and IT industries for defenders, veterans, and service members. Uklon is allocating 1 million UAH for this initiative. The program offers a convenient online format, numerous practical tasks, and ongoing mentor support. Most importantly, it delivers results: a portfolio with a completed project, a certificate, and the opportunity to intern with the Uklon team. ❗Applications are open to current service members in the Armed Forces of Ukraine as well as veterans who have transitioned to civilian life. Just another night at the office. Being in the position that I am in( (Drivers Training Instructor ) is fulfilling because I continue to learn every time I don the uniform. 1 month down, and I couldn't be happier that I get this opportunity. 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne) - Army National Guard is doing one of their SFRE - a Special Forces experience/train-up August 22-25th in Florida. THIS IS OPEN TO CIVILIANS!!! and all services. “[from reddit r/greenberets] 3/20th SFRE at Camp Blanding, FL *IT STARTS HERE* Training Co 3/20th SFG(A) is hosting our next SFRE from 22 – 25 AUGUST 2024. We provide transport to and from the airport as well as all lodging and meals for the duration of the evaluation. Be sure you come prepared as the SF reputation that will follow you your entire career starts on day 1 at SFRE. Also keep in mind that we are implementing some changes very soon due to the nature of our swelling classes. The reaper formations where we cut underperformers are going to get larger as we implement a stricter set of minimums moving forward.
