The Patient had generalised Erosion as a side effect of #gastricstapling operation, however she went through another operation to control the PH of the Stomach, when the PH was normal again she came for a rehabilitation. Erosion was associated with #bruxism wich worsens the situation more, leading to a loss in the vertical dimension of occlusion. Not too large at first impression, probably the color. But there's another difference. In terms of construction, you don't see any screws on the chair in the right side. And that's why a classically constructed chair will last for decades. By analogy, we can see the difference between rotator cuff repair performed using suture anchors and transosseously.  Anyone can assemble an IKEA chair, and any shoulder surgeon can insert suture anchors. But the classic is anchor-free. We now have the instruments to return to the gold standard, which is transosseous technique.
