🌟 Engaging discussion with fellow Customer Success Leaders on the vital topic of breaking down silos within a company! Huge thanks to Gain Grow Retain for the platform, Ed Powers for initiating the conversation and to my insightful group mates Cinthia Silva, Himanshu Tiwari, Matthew Spielmann and Kent Raymond Key takeaways: 🔍 Teams often fall into silos when focused narrowly on what's in front of them, rather than considering the bigger picture. 🔄 Establish cross-team cadences to open communication and foster collaboration. 💬 Don't hesitate to reach out to others; communication is key, and most are eager to assist, even if you're not on their radar. 🎯 Prioritize collaboration at both leadership and company-wide levels to ingrain it into the culture. Let's continue to break down barriers and cultivate collaboration for greater success! #CustomerSuccess #Collaboration #LeadershipDevelopment

Significant achievements from EcoCrews include: "Since November 2021, we have completed three rounds of six-month projects, employing 50 people in award wage jobs. Of those employees, 35 were unemployed and 15 were underemployed. Of those 50 people, 12 are still employed with EcoCrews, 25 are employed elsewhere in award wage jobs and three have transitioned into training. The average age of EcoCrews members is under 25. In the 2022-23 financial year, we employed 28 EcoCrews members of which five are still employed, 16 have transitioned into award-wage jobs, and one is undertaking training. In terms of achievement against barriers to employment, we maintain an Indigenous participation rate of 14 per cent and a 62 per cent workforce share for women in non-traditional roles." High Performance Coach - Keynote speaker - International Certified Master Trainer & Facilitator with a visual passion. Visual Storyteller ENG-NL-FR
This week-end I was attending the "Conférence pour les coaches de Santé" in Paris. One of my main take-a-aways was the keynote of Dr Jean-Marc Desmet (ensemble améliorons le système de santé). It inspired me to write and draw one of the main messages. About the 3 H's The Three H's in Human Relationships: Humility, Humanity, and Humor In the dynamic world of human interactions, the three H's - Humility, Humanity, and Humor - form a powerful combination. Humility reminds us to be open to others, to respect their perspectives, and to set aside our egos. It's the art of appreciating others without elevating oneself. Humanity is at the heart of all relationships. It's about showing empathy, understanding, and compassion. Recognizing our shared humanity creates a connection that goes beyond superficial differences. Humor, the third H, is the bridge that connects humility and humanity. It's a universal language that breaks down barriers and brings us closer together. A laugh can lighten the heaviest moments and create a sense of connection. These three H's - Humility, Humanity, and Humor - are essential for building strong, enduring, and meaningful relationships. They help us to communicate better, understand, and appreciate what makes us human. In today's complex world, these simple values are more powerful than ever. Let's, therefore, strive for an approach to our relationships where these three H's are central. Because at the core of every meaningful human interaction are humility, humanity, and humor.
