That’s a number I never could have imagined back in those early days when we were just a small group with a big idea (and a different name). I can’t help but think about how much has changed since then, not just in the size of our team, but in the impact we’re making. Today, we’re a growing group of innovators, problem-solvers, and collaborators, all working toward a shared mission: helping ecommerce businesses thrive. But growth like this doesn’t just happen. It takes focus, the right people, and a culture where everyone has the chance to win. Seeing the organization attract such talented new colleagues is what makes this journey so meaningful. Today is my last day at TripleLift, which has been an extraordinary adventure and truly career-defining for me. And I'm excited to share my new chapter in just a few weeks! But before leaving I wanted to flag some things I'm especially proud of, which I think reflect both TripleLift's and my shared values, especially my favorite (win as a team!): 💫 My direct reports. I won’t tag them because I already feel a bit like an embarrassing stage mom, but I am so proud of the people I have managed and how much they taught me about how to be a better manager, a better product marketer, a better TripleLifter. On days when I doubted myself, I knew at least I was doing one thing right if my directs were growing and thriving (but most of that, of course, is really about them and not me). Thank you. You know who you are! 💫 TripleLift Audiences. Bringing this product to life with a team of other expert product marketers, product managers, and revenue stakeholders was so exciting! I believe in a better world for advertising, where consumer experiences and privacy matters. And I’m proud to work on a product that aligned with my values. How often do we get to say that? 💫 Being a co-lead of the Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) employee resource group. I spent two years as co-lead on this, inaugurating a more formal ERG at work, and love witnessing the evolving leadership with WIN's current leaders and members. There is nothing like an ERG to shift the culture and provide support to members and allies. I have never been quiet about my feminism (intersectional or bust, friends!), and I thought there wouldn’t be a place to put my values at work. WIN – and the other amazing ERGs at TripleLift – has made it possible to be an advocate and a leader in culture. Keep fighting the good fight! Thanks, TripleLift. On to the next!

🎉 Promotion Alert: Max is Now Our COO! 🎉 The only thing that matters when building a company is your ability to recruit incredible people. Max joined Snoots just over a year ago as employee #3. Fast forward to today, and we’re a team of 26 FTEs. He wasn’t technically COO back then—because let’s face it, you can’t really have a COO when there are only three people. But Max has proven time and time again that he’s capable of wearing all the hats. In just 12 months, he’s: - Led our operations to 6x revenue 🚀 - Opened a brand-new clinic 🏥 - Hired/trained 23 people and built a pipeline of vets who want to join Snoots -Navigated some choppy waters through fundraising and other clusterfucks AND somehow managed to become a new dad (although, let’s give credit where it’s due—he wasn’t the one doing the heavy lifting on that last part!). 👶 Max is more than a leader; he’s a true partner. Someone I hope to work alongside for decades to come. Snoots wouldn’t be where we are today without his dedication, creativity, and drive. He did promise to get a puppy in his first year, and while that’s still TBD, I’ll let it slide (for now). 🐾 Please join me in congratulating Max on his well-deserved promotion to COO. Celebrating 20 years at Beedie, Managing Partner of Residential Development Rob Fiorvento has played a major role in our growth, helping create and manage Beedie Living while inspiring young professionals who join our team.   To mark this milestone, we asked Rob to share a few words about his work, his career, and his outlook.   𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐞 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠-𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲?   The close relationship and trust with Ryan and Keith Beedie was key. Ryan was even the best man at my wedding. Deep down, I think Ryan and I always knew we’d work together, as we share the same goals, beliefs, and competitive drive—neither one of us plays for a tie.   Beedie’s incredible legacy and reputation for integrity, honesty, and excellence were major inspirations. The company’s market leadership and commitment to innovation make it a place I’m proud to be a part of. This approach led to more strategic and efficient operations. The focus on hiring the best in class has been instrumental, often likened to "trading up" in hockey to build the best talent needed to reach the playoffs. 5 years ago we didn't have a single registered architect on staff; today we have 6, giving us an unparalleled competitive advantage.   𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝?   Prioritize building lasting relationships and upholding a strong reputation. Dawn spent more than 20 years at AT&T, most recently as Head of Consumer PR for AT&T’s wireless phone and internet business, as well as corporate-wide Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). Previously she led communications strategy for AT&T’s emerging innovation business, Global Internet of Things (IoT) B2B division, and retail sales divisions. Dawn brings a unique blend of Fortune 15 and startup experience and holds expertise in strategic communications, media relations, and executive and employee communications. Timothy Carey has joined as Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Managing Director of Capital Markets Advisory, based in Miami. Timothy's extensive background encompasses capital raising, go-to-market strategies, operations, finance, business development, and digital marketing. During his career, he has also enabled companies to leverage offshore outsourcing and software development capabilities to innovate and develop cutting-edge technology solutions, including web and mobile AI development, UI/UX design and development, and cybersecurity. Henry Gonzalez has joined as Managing Director/CPG (Food & Beverage), based in Miami. He has decades of experience as a senior marketer and served as CMO of BurgerFi, Head of International Marketing for Dine Brands Global, and CMO at Costa Farms. Henry also spent eight years in senior account management roles at Crispin Porter. He brings deep knowledge of the F&B space from his leadership positions with global brands, agencies, and vendor partners. Idan Nimtsovich has joined as Managing Director/Head of Israel, based in Tel Aviv. Idan is a veteran of the IDF’s Cyberintelligence Unit 8200, with deep expertise in cybersecurity. More recently he has become a well-known content creator who has produced multimedia pieces that have generated millions of views on social media. Idan is deeply connected with the Israeli technology community and has a broad network as a result of his military service. Idan will be the firm’s leader in Israel, helping Israeli companies build their brands and scale their businesses into global markets by leveraging the reach of the firm’s global team. Peter Shafer has joined as Managing Director/Research & Insights, based in Washington, D.C. Peter has two decades of experience in cutting-edge perceptual research, including the use of AI as part of new research methodologies. Previously, Peter was a partner at Brunswick Group and CEO of KRC Research, and he served in senior roles at Harris Interactive and The Gallup Organization. He is also a game clock operator for the National Football League (NFL).

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since I took the leap and became the Founding SDR at Clootrack! What a ride it has been! 🌟 As someone who directly reports to and works closely with our CEO Shameel Abdulla and CGO Manuel Oothria Raj, I've had a front-row seat to some of the most exciting and transformative moments in our journey. From building go-to-market strategies from scratch to launching impactful marketing initiatives, the learning curve has been steep, but the results have been nothing short of amazing. A few highlights of my year: 1️⃣ Booking meetings with billion-dollar enterprise accounts: The thrill of connecting with top-tier global companies and landing those high-stakes meetings has been an absolute game-changer. It’s a testament to the power of hard work, strategy, and the incredible product we stand behind. 💼 2️⃣ Immense support from leadership: Working directly with our CEO Shameel Abdulla and CGO Manuel Oothria Raj has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. They don’t micromanage, they empower. Every opinion is heard, valued, and acted upon. Their leadership is based on trust, and that’s something I deeply appreciate. When you have leaders who genuinely believe in your potential, it’s easy to give your best every single day. 3️⃣ Unbelievable company culture: The culture here is something I’m truly proud of. A supportive, collaborative, and inclusive environment where everyone is genuinely invested in one another’s success. A few days ago, my first venture into independent creative entrepreneurship reached a five-year milestone. The journey has been nothing short of amazing, with plenty of challenges. While nothing here is new, here are 10 things I’ve learnt and am still embracing daily. Take the Leap Leaving a comfortable senior role isn’t easy, but you’ll learn that progress rarely comes from staying put. Trust your gut and take that courageous first step. Start Before You’re Ready There will never be a “perfect moment” to launch. Sometimes, the best way to learn is by doing—so dive in and figure things out on the fly. Fail Fast, Learn Faster Mistakes are inevitable. The key is to acknowledge them quickly, extract the lessons, and pivot before it costs you too much time or resources. Find Your Tribe Surround yourself with mentors, supporters, and fellow entrepreneurs. They’ll provide encouragement, fresh ideas, and the valuable feedback you need to grow. And don’t stop looking for new inspirations - you’ll learn different things from different people. Embrace Uncertainty Entrepreneurship can feel like navigating uncharted waters. Accept that you won’t always have clarity, but keep moving forward with confidence and adaptability. Keep Your Vision Front and Center On the tough days (and there will be many), it’s crucial to remember your “why.” A clear purpose will carry you through challenges and setbacks. Build from Values Whether it’s how you treat your team or the quality of your product, let your values guide every decision. This keeps you authentic, and authenticity sells. Cash Flow Is King Passion is critical, but so is understanding your numbers. Monitor cash flow, margins, and budgets closely—profitability fuels your mission. I’ve had to learn this the hard way, and I am still learning. Measure Incremental Wins It’s not always about monumental leaps. Small, steady improvements and tiny victories compound over time into major progress. Never Stop Learning Read widely, talk to experts, and be curious about everything. The moment you stop learning, you stop growing. Also, to everyone who has been my supporter, my shoulder to cry on (not literally, but close enough), my friend, my trusted advisor, and even to those who doubted me or said it couldn’t be done – thank you! Each of you has played a pivotal role in shaping my journey, motivating me to reach further and strive harder. Your support, questions, criticisms, and encouragement have pushed me to discover new possibilities and surpass my limits. We realized what he is doing is big, and we have many of the skills he needs. Will the work be easy? Hell naw. Will it change lives at scale? Hell yes! Leon Christensen has even enrolled himself in a new kind of MBA - Entrepreneurship track. How to start a global business. (He needs scholarship btw,. The program is EXPENSIVE) My qualifications? 🛫🛫🛫❤️❤️❤️🛬🛬🛬 It’s not every day you hop a flight to launch a brand new division on your own! Since joining Valor the goal has been to create duplicatable success in our current market, so that we would eventually have the ability to expand to new markets. Today I fly to Dallas for two reasons. 🍾🎈One, it’s my mother’s birthday and I want to spend the day with her and spoil her. 🇺🇸👢Secondarily, by Monday afternoon, I will have flown an additional 6 Colorado employees to Dallas to officially launch business in Texas. We’ve partnered with a top 10 Installer in the country and I cannot be more excited for that new business venture. 🧠🧠I have a cornucopia of feelings swirling through my head. 1. Gratefulness - for the opportunity and trust to launch in Dallas with a single team under my command. 2. Fear - of not failing forward fast. 3. Excitement - for the success that we’ve forecasted for the venture. 4. Duty - to serve and protect the communities we service and the company that we represent. So many more emotions. But I’ll leave it right there and just say, God brought us to it. He will see us through it.
