So we've designed that captive the Construction Healthcare Alliance with those things that we know about the industry in mind, the trust. Doesn't have any owners or shareholders, so we use trust assets and trust revenue to bring down the cost of premium and to help pay for benefits administration because it's not just the premium you're paying for, you're also paying to administer your plans.
