Leadership Succession is a fundamental philosophy of Weaver Companies. Over thirty years ago, our founder laid the foundation of Weaver Companies with a vision of generational leadership, believing that the company’s success relied on attracting talented individuals, investing in them, and developing strong leaders. January 1st, 2024, will mark the completion of our second top-level leadership succession. Douglas Dorgan will be stepping down as Managing Principal of Administration. Jeff Young, current Managing Principal of Operations, will remain in the Office of the President as Managing Principal – Chairman and will be joined by Carolyn Cybulski, Managing Principal – Administration, Jake Rau, Managing Principal –Construction, and Jason Edwards, Managing Principal – Consulting.
