With 2023 coming to the end, I start to look back more often. Stepping into the CMO role, for instance. It was tough. The team was reshaping the processes, diving into our main project of this year — growth marketing content hub. All new kind of work, with new strategies and tools. The results were way lower than we expected. And each decision I made seemed to add more chaos. Too many blind spots, too much uncertainty. I wasn’t used to it on my previous position. But now? The system of weekly reports show us how we’re doing, help make decisions and set benchmarks. Getting though the chaos was hard.
