As they explored strategies and actions, something fascinating emerged that resonated far beyond the simulation. What’s the opposite of Groupthink? (I told you I would reflect on that, Vyla :-) Ungroupthink!(Yes, I coined that term!) Each individual clings to their unique perspective, convergence becomes elusive, and decisions risk becoming fragmented. In boardrooms and team meetings, let’s avoid both extremes.
