11moI placed an order for a saffron box with Smart Bazaar on August 23rd, amounting to INR 899/-, and made the payment through PhonePe with UTR 323554040775. Unfortunately, Smart Bazaar unilaterally canceled my order, and it wasn't even reflected in my Smart Bazaar account during my last check. I've reached out to customer care multiple times, but regrettably, there has been no response, and no one has replied to my emails sent to cs@jiomart.com. This unfortunate experience has left me feeling cheated, leading me to discontinue any further purchases from your online portal. It's disheartening to see a company of your standing with such unsatisfactory customer service.
