This week officially marks 2 months in my new position as Program Manager of Career & Growth with Mazzella Companies. 🤪 Job searching isn't easy, and if you're still out there doing it...I feel ya! 👏 👏👏 Over 8 months I submitted 110 job applications, had 17 interviews and multiple follow-up interviews in all sorts of industries that I was just learning about and finally ended with 1 amazing job offer.
