In one of our past cases, we assisted a manufacturer with reducing false positives in its PCB manufacturing line.💡 🎯Challenge: The customer needed to reduce the number of false calls on polarity checks detected by their Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system. ✅Solution: Intelliarts created an #ML model intended to double-check whether the polarity issue is actually present in a PCB. We ensured the model can be improved over time due to datasets being constantly updated. 📈Outcomes: The ML model by Intelliarts showed 90% accuracy on the release day, which is a high accuracy for the given solution.
