With tokenization plus all, you know, the studies that we've read say that once something's tokenized, it's got a 10% higher value because it can be traded, you can get out of it. It's less risky if the property goes sideways or, you know, a country that it's in is not doing well economically, you could just trade out of it into something else, which I know for a lot of you is, is is a big pain. Anything to add, Gassant? No, let me just clarify this point, Mike, because, you know, we are in the other. But in the Middle East, but it's still something in you and you for us actually, it's always late, but it's always beneficial actually when it came after the whole experience and all the trial and error. And my, my, my question is, it's a little bit funny for me when somebody asking for the guarantees in the real estate or in case about the backs assets in the tokenization and how really I'm hearing the, the humongous transaction and the, the, the. Unreal amounts. It's investing in the cryptocurrency. And as I understand the cryptocurrency, there is nothing to be backed in assets or something like guaranteed your investment in the crypto. Correction, reptile guarantees, there's no such thing. Yeah, Yeah, this is funny, Yeah. On the real estate side, there's no guarantees, but you know, real estate overtime historically has gone up. So it's a much safer investment, much more secure investment because I'm not agree with that. In the real estate there is guarantee Who say there is no guarantee? Would you respect? I'll tell you how yes, I'll tell you how. I'll tell you how in the in the real estate, at least my friend in our solution, I'm saying in our case solution in smarter blocks instead of putting your money actually because you know these kind of people or people looking to. Invest in the real estate, they are looking always to liquidate their money in anytime. So if putting your money in the bank, you know with the inflammation and you are losing the value of that amount. Actually, however, let's say as an example as a 10 bucks Hassan, he just instead of putting in the banks and putting in the real estate and let's say after one year, two year, three years, the amount value of these are 10,000, it's become 15,000 let's say in the real. After the inflammation, so once I'm liquidation my percentage in that real estate after two years I will gain 15,000 actually I'm not getting that 10,000. So where is the risk? It is and and I'm guaranteeing that two years anything is generating that property, I'll get a dividend yield return as my percentage ownership in that property. So what is the risk actually? Why is not guaranteed with your respect as a worst case scenario? The premises is there, the building is there, the property is there. So where is there? Not guaranteed. Yeah. I mean, it's not guarantee is if you're developing property, what you can do with smart blocks. So from the project has to be sound and it's got to get built. Yeah. And there's. You mean, you mean right? Yeah, Yeah. I mean, if somebody's raising money to build property. OK, let me remind you. I don't know, you know, so there is nothing called unrealistic because this is our main resource of income the whole countryman. So this is not joke for us in the right to be honest. Everything is guaranteed because we are opening an escrow account for each property my friend. And the money it will not go to the developer or to the owners itself. It will be lying in their account in the extra which is the government is controlling that accounts to be honest and the money it will be start releasing to the developer based on their. Completion percentage in the floor. So again, I will not accept there is a risk in the real estate. Excuse me. So I love how we're answering questions even before I'm asking them about escrow, but that that was that it's very timely.
These are my thoughts why asset tokenization is necessary:
1. Original assets tend to have limited use cases and distribution, and therefore also limited opportunities for value creation.
2. The source books for these assets tend to run on legacy technology and/or in isolated environments.
3. Token issuers take the opportunity to expand the reach of original assets from their source ledgers to new target ledgers. The token issuer introduces a new layer of intermediary risk (custody, reserve management, etc.) for the end users of the tokenized assets.
4. Target ledgers tend to offer more digitized, efficient, interoperable and auditable environments for the original assets.
5. Tokenized assets unlock new use cases, distribution channels, and scale value creation opportunities for the original assets (and for token issuers and end users.
We are just at the beginning of this movement that is a tsunami in the capital markets, and most people don't realize it..... Yet!
