I wanted to reach out with a quick update that I am still actively searching for my next opportunity in either aircraft maintenance or facility management. With over 20 years of hands-on experience keeping airplanes flight-ready and mission-capable, I have a deep understanding of all aspects of maintenance, repair and overhaul operations. My two decades in aviation maintenance have honed my technical skills and given me extensive knowledge of troubleshooting, inspections, component replacements, documentation procedures, and safety/regulatory compliance. In addition to my aviation expertise, I also have 8 years of experience managing facility operations, assets, automation and MHE maintenance. From frontline floor supervisor to executive level Chief Engineer, I oversaw maintenance crews, developed and executed preventative maintenance plans, controlled budgets/expenses, coordinated with contractors, and ensured facilities met all safety and regulatory standards. I leveraged my leadership abilities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. With my diverse background spanning aircraft maintenance as well as facility/asset management and formal education in Human Resource Management, I am well-equipped to take on a wide variety of challenges. My blend of technical skills and leadership experience enables me to manage complex activities, assets, budgets, and teams in fast paced environments. I am eager to take the next step in my career and bring my expertise to a company looking for someone with extensive maintenance knowledge and executive management capabilities.
