At GearMinds, we believe in the power of girls in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Our vision is to inspire more female instructors and encourage girls to participate in competitions, as well as in coding and robotics classes. We passionately share with parents the transformative benefits of STEM education, highlighting how it boosts confidence and broadens perspectives. However, we are facing a challenge: fewer girls are showing interest in these essential courses. This year, we find ourselves without any girls participating in the robotics competitions. Although the spots filled quickly, we were ready and eager to welcome them. If you have a daughter or sister, consider the positive impact you could have by encouraging her to explore this field!
