Revo, designed for the Flokk brand Profim by @pearsonlloyd, comes in many configurations to suit any space and need. Some facts: ♻️ In total, 74% of the materials used to make Revo are recyclable – compared to 5% in the equivalent wood structure. Plus, because the REPP is already recycled – representing 90% of the total product volume – minimal new materials are created to build the collection. ♻️ EPD certified and made with REPP (recycled expanded polypropylene) instead of plywood – it reduces the weight by as much as 40% and can be recycled at the end of its life. ♻️ In total, Revo generates a carbon footprint 6% and 40% less than conventional wood-based furniture construction during construction and transportation, respectively. Talk about a full circle moment! Today, I was helping a client optimize their concrete mix for precast Lego blocks. To include our SuperPlasticiser ISOCAST 9020 The coolest part? Their secret ingredient is 100% recycled aggregate – crushed concrete & demolition waste, destined for landfills, but finding a new lease of life in the casting of fresh Lego Blocks. It's no walk in the park processing recycled materials, especially removing unwanted bits. But seeing them achieve this feat, even with the occasional stray Lego brick making its way through the mix (yes, I found one!), is truly inspiring. This project is a perfect example of how innovation can turn landfill waste into a purposeful versatile product. Cube Samples will be crushed @ 24hrs, 48hrs 14day & 28day to demonstrate strength uplift & reduced striking times. #Cemex #Admixtures achieved over 35% reduction in water when compared to the control mix.
