The latest store opening at Merry Hill - and the first of the year - is something completely different. 💡
On the last (pay) weekend of January Rituals UK & Ireland made their Merry Hill debut, some excellent retail planning there to kick us off.
Customers have responded with their feet and spend. The store is destined to keep on satisfying customers, keep them engaged and importantly repeating their visit for these reasons and many more:
1. Visually the store has incredible curb appeal to passing footfall, embodied by the dark background surfaces, central white blossom tree and textural lighting. Design, put to work.
2. It's multi-sensory; the fragrance is incredible inside but also leads you to the store from metres and metres away. Go in, look, touch, smell, listen.
3. The VM is absolutely on point; colour blocking, light, height.
4. The team are pure quality; customer service how it needs to be done - informed, helpful, welcoming.
5. Stay and play; design fragrances, try out products at the beautifully designed sink complete with spa towels and peaceful mantras.
And that's saying nothing of their B Corp creds.
