Vitally important to have a hiring process that weeds out misinformation and keeps a company from hiring unqualified employees. Our team uses a model called "Willing, Able, Fit," which allows us to vet how excited a person is about the job, if s/he is capable of doing it, and if the person embraces the same purposes and values.
