Have you ever seen a Liebherr LTR 1220 float? If you want to get a little more assistance out of your assembly crane, how about using it as ballast to help raise the main crane’s boom off the ground? The #Liebherr LR 11000 can be equipped with a special wide-stance ballast tray that allows the LTR 1220 to climb aboard and replace 180 tons of counterweight for boom raising and lowering. This saves time on every assembly and disassembly, and also reduces the truck loads needed to move the crane.
