Today Melissa presented Kamil with our Helping Hands award. Today he acted quickly to help a fellow coworker. Kamil and all of the Production associates here at Smith Packing work very well together. Kamil goes out of his way to make his fellow co-workers feel valued, supported, and appreciated. Kamil is a very hard-working young man who is valued here at Smith Packing.
