Indeed! Know your team emotionals, mental and physical needs is key to achieve success! For some a simple “thank you” when looking then deep is just what they need. Thanks @Victoria Repa for raising this very important aspect of leadership that is so often forgotten.

Hiring on a tight budget doesn’t have to mean you’ll have to compromise on the quality of the candidates you hire. Here are some tips: - Ask your employees for referrals. Great people (your team members) tend to know other great people, which adds up to an effective and fast way to hire. (Pro tip: continuously ask for recommendations even if you have no current openings. Do this because you can cut your time-to-hire tremendously if you have referrals “in your pocket,” ready to interview.) - Offer prized benefits for referrals such as money. Even gift cards. - Provide terrific and coveted employee benefits such as flexible schedules and mental health resources. - Finally, work hard on your employee retention. After all, you don’t have to hire – and spend time and money on the effort – if your team members stay with you. #TeamDebbies #HiringStrategies #EmployeeRetention
